ICE Boston Arrests Convicted Sex Offender In CT Following Prison Release U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested a 52-year-old Brazilian national who was convicted in Connecticut of sexual assault, unlawful restraint, and violating a restraining order, authorities said. Emerson Eduardo Ferreira was taken into custody on Jan. 24, in Brooklyn, CT, after being released from state custody, ICE officials said. According to Patricia H.
