1 Dead, 2 Seriously Injured In Stoughton Crash; Police Investigating Cause A woman on her way home from an overnight shift at work and two men on a business trip crashed in Norfolk County on Wednesday morning, sending two to the hospital and one to the morgue, authorities said.  The crash happened around 6:15 a.m. near 1463 Turnpike Street in Stoughton. A Quincy woman was behind the wheel of a Toyota Highlander that slammed into a black Cadillac with two men inside. 6-Year-Old Hospitalized Following Carlisle Crash; Teen Cited Authorities said they have cited a 17-year-old boy with causing a crash in Carlisle that sent a 6-year-old to the hospital, where he remains more than a week later.  The two-car crash happened around 7:30 p.m. on July 15 at the North Road and Rutland Street intersection. Police said the 17-year-old was behind the wheel of a Nissan Altima that blew through a stop sign and crashed into a Nissan Rogue, police said.  The crash ejected the 6-year-old from the Rogue, causing the boy serious injuries.  Paramedics took the child to Boston Hospital. 2 Dead, 28 Sickened In Multistate Deli Meat Listeria Outbreak, CDC Says Two people died, and dozens of others sickened in a Listeria outbreak tied to deli meats in several states, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Twenty-eight people across 12 states had been sickened between late May and mid-July, the CDC says. The deaths occurred in New Jersey and Illinois, health officials said. All 28 individuals had been hospitalized as of Friday, July 19.
