Former Worcester Man With Violent Past Charged With Assaulting 14-Year-Old Girl: Police
A man with a violent past in Massachusetts is facing serious charges after an alleged assault on a 14-year-old girl in Pennsylvania, authorities said. Charles Monroe, 32, of Lock Haven, is charged with strangulation and simple assault following a disturbing incident on North Fairview Street last month, Crime Watch said.
