A 27-year-old man from Millbury has been sentenced to eight to 10 years in prison for repeatedly raping a 15-year-old girl, authorities said. Colton Paszkowski, a former Millbury firefighter, was found guilty earlier this month on six counts of child rape following a two-day trial. A Worcester County jury has convicted a 27-year-old Millbury man of repeatedly raping a 15-year-old girl, according to District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. Colton Paszkowski was found guilty on six counts of child rape following a two-day trial in Superior Court. He was acquitted on a charge of witness intimidation. A 49-year-old woman has been identified as the woman who fell between 50 and 70 feet into Purgatory Chasm in Sutton on Wednesday, April 23, authorities said. Carolyn "Carrie" Sanger, of Topsfield, was hiking with her children when she fell at the 100-acre state park around 2 p.m., the Worcester County District Attorney's Office said. A 4-year-old autistic girl named Eva was found unresponsive in her neighbor's pool in Worcester County on Thursday, July 11, after she went missing from her home. She was pronounced dead at an area hospital a short time later.
