$1M Lottery Jackpot: Salem Woman Has Altruistic Goals For Winnings A Salem woman who won $1 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery said she has big plans for her major windfall.  Francisca Uceta De Placencio collected the seven-figure check playing the $10 scratch-off game “$4,000,000 Monopoly Doubler." Three $4 million grand prizes remain in that game and five $1 million tickets are in circulation.  Uceta De Placencio chose to take the lump-sum payment of $650,000 rather than the annuity.
