Quincy-Based Stop & Shop To Stop Selling Tobacco Products
Stop & Shop, the supermarket chain with 360 stores throughout the Northeast, said its locations will stop carrying tobacco products at the end of the month. $1M Lottery Jackpot: Winner Finally Claims Payday 2 Months After $1B Drawing
The person in Medford who claimed a small portion of the $1 billion Powerball drawing earlier this year has collected their $1 million prize. They won the seven-figure sum in the mult-state Powerball drawing on April 3. Genesis X Trust of Quincy claimed the prize on behalf of the winner. Their name was not released. The winning ticket was sold at Wegmans at 3850 Mystic Valley Pkwy. in Medford. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
