Griswold Crash Leaves Massachusetts Trucker Dead A 42-year-old Middlesex County, Massachusetts, man died after crashing his truck down an embankment along I-395 in Connecticut. Tim Murray, of Ashby, crashed his Freightliner truck in Griswold, New London County between Exit 24 and 28 around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8 Construction had closed the southbound right-hand lane of the highway. As Murray merged into the left lane, his 2019 Freightliner hit a guardrail. Murray corrected the truck but not before striking another section of the guardrail.  The truck tumbled down an embankment. Authorities pronounced Murray dead at the scene.…

56-Year-Old ID'd As Victim In Fatal Motorcycle Crash In Central Mass A 56-year-old New Hampshire man was identified as the victim in a crash on Saturday, June 8, in Worcester, authorities said.  Robert Petterson, of Farmington New Hampshire, crashed his motorcycle after the Harley Davidson came in contact with a 2020 Honda CRV around 1:40 p.m. on I-290 Westbound, Massachusetts State Police said.  Paramedics rushed Petterson to an area hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
