Sherrie Mae Plitouke, 35, of Southbridge, is accused of crashing into and killing 10-year-old Marleigh Guevara on April 11 in Webster. She was arraigned on charges of motor vehicle homicide, negligent operation, and speeding on Tuesday, April 21.  Police said Guevara, a fourth-grade student at Park Avenue Elementary School, was struck while near the roadway on School Street. Driver Charged With DUI After Head-On Crash In Braintree Sends 3 To Hospital A Massachusetts man was arraigned from his hospital bed after police said he drunkenly crashed head-on with an SUV in Braintree, seriously injuring three people — one critically, authorities said. Ryan Gorman, 39, of Holbrook, was charged Monday, Dec. 2, with causing the early Sunday morning crash near 655 Union St., Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey said. 6-Year-Old Hospitalized Following Carlisle Crash; Teen Cited Authorities said they have cited a 17-year-old boy with causing a crash in Carlisle that sent a 6-year-old to the hospital, where he remains more than a week later.  The two-car crash happened around 7:30 p.m. on July 15 at the North Road and Rutland Street intersection. Police said the 17-year-old was behind the wheel of a Nissan Altima that blew through a stop sign and crashed into a Nissan Rogue, police said.  The crash ejected the 6-year-old from the Rogue, causing the boy serious injuries.  Paramedics took the child to Boston Hospital.
