The armored vehicle of four US Army soldiers feared dead after going missing during a tactical training exercise in Lithuania has been found submerged in a body water. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte told reporters Wednesday afternoon, March 26, in Poland that the four had died, but that there were no details yet surrounding the circumstances.
