$1M Lottery Ticket Sold In Mass; Mega Millions Drawing Reaches Second-Highest Jackpot It was a very lucky day for one Bay Stater when they pulled a $1 million lottery ticket on Thursday, March 21.  They won the massive sum playing the "777" $10 scratch-off game.
