A student at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York has been accused of threatening to shoot, stab, and rape Jewish students at the Ivy League school. Patrick Dai, a 21-year-old junior originally from Pittsford, New York, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 31 on a federal criminal complaint charging him with posting threats to kill or injure another using interstate communications, according to prosecutors in the Northern District of New York. Danelo Cavalcante has somehow slipped by the hundreds of law enforcement officers in Pennsylvania and neighboring states searching for him in the Longwood Gardens, and though authorities believe he is still in Pennsylvania, they are now describing the search as a "nationwide" manhunt. New Hampshire Fugitive Wanted For Bank Robbery Snagged In Massachusetts
A man wanted for a bank robbery in New Hampshire who was arrested in Massachusetts will now be charged as a fugitive, authorities said. Garrett Ojala, formerly Caza Manor, was wanted for probation stemming from a bank robbery in New Hampshire, Ayer Police said on Facebook. Investigators determined that Ojala was living at a home in Ayer where he was evenutally arrested without incident on Thursday, Sept. 22, Ayer Police said. He was placed into custody of the US Marshals Service and is expected to face charges as a fugitive, police said.

Level 3 Sex Offender From Massachusetts Arrested In Maine On Rape Charges
A Level 3 sex offender from Massachusetts will be charged as a fugitive after he was arrested on rape charged in Maine this week, authorities said. John Bastian, age 64, of Lynn, was wanted on several charges including indecent assault and battery on person with intellectual disability, enticement of a child under 16, and rape of a child with force, the US Marshals Service reports.
