Accused Quincy Teen Killer Arrested In Puerto Rico, Returned To Mass: DA
A man police say shot and killed 17-year-old Nathan Paul in Quincy last year and fled to Puerto Rico has been arrested and brought back to Massachusetts, the Norfolk County District Attorney said.
Keniel Diaz-Romero, formerly of Quincy, will be arraigned later this week on charges of murder, larceny from a person, possession of a counterfeit bill, uttering a counterfeit bill, conspiracy to commit larceny, and unlawfully carrying a firearm, the prosecutor said.

The Quincy Police Department is asking the public to help them locate a missing man who did not come home after being dropped off at CVS in Allston.
Tommy Luong, 19, was dropped off at the CVS on Friday, Sept. 2, Quincy Police said on Twitter. He is described as standing 5’6”, weighing 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
