Puppy Left Inside Freezing Car Near Quincy Adams Station A puppy owner in Quincy thought it was a good idea to leave their pet in a freezing car, and they could now face charges, authorities said. The puppy was left attended in the locked car around 12:30 p.m. at the Quincy Adams station, according to transit police. The Quincy Fire Department arrived to help open the car door.
