Flatbread Company Puts Out Fire On Bedford Location After 18 Years Of Service A pizza restaurant chain that used to heavily populate the Greater Boston Area now has no traces to the region.  Financial troubles have caused Flatbread Company to close their Bedford location after 18 years in business on Monday, June 26, according to the restaurant's website. The company said the location is "no longer viable" as the restaurant industry has drastically changed.   "We regretfully reach out to let you know that unfortunately our fires are out and will not be relit," a statement on the restaurant's website reads.
