Mspca, Northeast Animal Shelter Rescue 76 Beagles From Out-Of-State Breeding Facility Seventy-six beagles are responding well and will soon need new homes after being saved from a breeding facility by Massachusetts animal rescue teams.  The beagles are being housed at Northeast Animal Shelter and the MSPCA's adoption centers after being rescued from the out-of-state shelter, both organizations said on Facebook.  The dogs were said to be in "confined and and unsanitary conditions" and had almost no interaction with people.
