Inmate Knocks Out Corrections Officer With Metal Object At Central Mass Prison
A Massachusetts Correctional Officer was seriously injured after they were attack by an inmate with a metal object at a Shirley prison, officials said. The attack happened in the gymnasium of MCI-Shirley around 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31, a spokesperson with the Department of Correction told Daily Voice.
