Is Massachusetts the perfect spot for "The Perfect Couple?" Netflix thinks so.
The streaming giant will film scenes for "Perfect Couple," a six-part miniseries adaptation of Elin Hilderbrand’s murder mystery novel "The Perfect Couple," on Thursday, Sept. 28, on Nantucket, according to the Nantucket Current.
The miniseries wrapped principal photography earlier this year after filming in Chatham and surrounding areas, reports said.

Injured Mass Woman Rescued From New Hampshire Hiking Trail
A 30-year-old Massachusetts woman was carried out from a popular New Hampshire hiking trail over the weekend after she suffered a "significant lower leg injury," authorities announced.
Leenah Hassan, of Boston, was hiking with friends on the Lonesome Lake trail in Lincoln, New Hampshire, around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23. Hassan stopped along the three-mile loop to take a photo of the lake, slipped on a wet rock, and fell "awkwardly" on her leg, NH Fish and Game Conservation Officers said.

Accused Quincy Teen Killer Arrested In Puerto Rico, Returned To Mass: DA
A man police say shot and killed 17-year-old Nathan Paul in Quincy last year and fled to Puerto Rico has been arrested and brought back to Massachusetts, the Norfolk County District Attorney said.
Keniel Diaz-Romero, formerly of Quincy, will be arraigned later this week on charges of murder, larceny from a person, possession of a counterfeit bill, uttering a counterfeit bill, conspiracy to commit larceny, and unlawfully carrying a firearm, the prosecutor said.

A Rhode Island man who pleaded guilty to his role in a conspiracy to move methamphetamines throughout the United States using children's toys and other seemingly mundane items was sentenced to seven years in prison on Tuesday, Sept. 19, authorities said.
Nathan Boddie, 38, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, admitted that he and two others began smuggling methamphetamines, fentanyl, and cocaine from Arizona into Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and elsewhere in April 2022, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said.
