Keion Rowell Sentenced For Sex Trafficking 15-Year-Old Girl A man in Canton will be sent to prison for 15 years for sex trafficking a missing minor in 2021, officials said. Keion Rowell, 24, was convicted by a federal jury in September 2023 on one count of sex trafficking a child, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Massachusetts.
