Police ID Driver Who Died After Crashing Car During Medical Event On I-95 In Foxborough A 57-year-old Massachusetts man was killed earlier this week when he was involved in a three-car crash on I-95 South in Foxboro, authorities said.  William Martindale, 57, of Attleboro, was killed around 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, from a crash just before Exit 23B, Massachusetts State Police said. Investigators believe Martindale suffered a medical event, which caused him to go over the median, veer back onto the road, and strike two other vehicles.  Paramedics rushed him to a nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead. Support Pours In For Family Of Central Mass Man Killed In Needham Wreck Nearly 150 people have donated to help the family of a Worcester County man who was killed in an early morning crash earlier this week, leaving behind a wife and three young children.  Dylan Chaves, 31, of Fiskdale, was killed just after 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30, when he lost control of his pick-up truck and turned into on-coming traffic on I-95 South in Needham, State Police said. The vehicle went perpendicular on the wet roadway, and he was T-boned by a driver from Nashua, New Hampshire.  The other driver was taken to an area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening …

The crash was reported on I-95 South near Exit 46A around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14, according to a Tweet from MassDOT Multi-vehicle crash in #Lexington on I-95-SB near Exit 46A. Left lane closed. — Mass. Transportation (@MassDOT) December 14, 2022 The left lane was closed as a result and the scene was cleared around 11 a.m., MassDOT Tweeted. No word yet on any injuries.
