Jury deliberations are underway in the case of a New York Marine Corps veteran accused of choking a street artist to death aboard a Manhattan subway. The anonymous jury began weighing manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide charges against Daniel Penny just after 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, in the death of Jordan Neely. Police ID Boston Man Accused Of Raping Woman At MBTA Station, Ask For Tips
Transit Police said they believe they know the man who raped a woman earlier this month at the Tuft's Medical Station, but they have not been able to find him. Investigators are asking for the public's help to track him down. Police say Steven Wade Coffey is the man in the surveillance video following the attack around 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 4. Officials say Coffey is homeless and frequents the downtown Boston area. Second Body Found On Carson Beach In South Boston: Police
Authorities are investigating two deaths on Carson Beach after police found two bodies at different times at the South Boston spot. The first body was reported to Boston police just before 1:30 p.m. Boston firefighters pulled them out of the water near Mother's Rest Area, police said. Investigators did not release any identifying information as they are still notifying their family.
