Update: Winthrop Man Dies From Logan Airport Accident
A 51-year-old man died in an industrial accident at Logan Airport, officials say. A Winthrop man who was an employee of a JetBlue sub-contractor died in a forklift accident at Logan Airport in Boston around 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 29, according to the Massachusetts State Police. The 51-year-old attempted to drive a forklift through a lower bag service entrance in an outdoor loading area behind Gate C26, an initial investigation shows.
