Man Used Snapchat to 'Blackmail' Massachusetts Teen To Perform Sex Acts With Dog: Feds Federal authorities arrested a 33-year-old Chicago man after he bullied a 16-year-old Massachusetts girl into sending him nude selfies and videos and to perform a sex act with her dog, prosecutors said.  Ernesto Herrera was arrested and charged with coercion and enticement of a minor, the Department of Justice said on Tuesday, July 26.
