He picked up his prize on Wednesday, Sept. 13, with his wife Peggy.  James decided to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 before taxes rather than the annuity.  He bought the winning ticket at the Mansfield Xtramart at 905 S. Main Street in Mansfield. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling it.
