Teen Accused Of Giving Gun To Suspect In Lynn Pizza Hut Shooting Pleads Not Guilty An 18-year-old who was charged in connection with a shooting that left three people with serious injures at a Pizza Hut in Lynn pleaded not guilty. Delvin Sanchez, 18, was arrested at a home in Peabody for the Dec. 26 shooting and charged with armed assault to murder, accessory before the fact, and accessory after the fact, according to Lynn police.
