6-Year-Old Hospitalized Following Carlisle Crash; Teen Cited Authorities said they have cited a 17-year-old boy with causing a crash in Carlisle that sent a 6-year-old to the hospital, where he remains more than a week later.  The two-car crash happened around 7:30 p.m. on July 15 at the North Road and Rutland Street intersection. 62-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed In Holliston Crash With Car ID'd Doctors were unable to save a 62-year-old man after his motorcycle was involved in a crash with a car on Sunday evening, July 21, in Holliston, authorities announced.  Andrew Palumbo, of Ashland, was identified as the man killed in the crash at the intersection of  Prentice and Mill Streets just before 7:50 p.m., Holliston police said. Police and firefighters treated Palumbo at the scene until he could be taken to an area hospital.  Paramedics airlifted Palumbo to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, where he later died of his wounds.  The 72-year-old driver…

She would have only collected $40,000, but the 3X multiplier drawn after the game pushed her past the six-figure mark.
