A 37-year-old firefighter from Dublin accused of raping a woman during a Saint Patrick's Day event was arrested attempting to flee the country, authorities said. Terence Crosbie was charged last week with rape, the Suffolk County District Attorney said. A 28-year-old woman told police at Massachusetts General Hospital that she had been sexually assaulted at the Omni Parker House early on March 15, the prosecutor said. A London woman will not make her return flight to the United Kingdom after US Customs officials found 70 pounds of marijuana in her bags, authorities said. She is the second woman in two months caught with a large load of weed bound for England.
