Scituate Woman Slapped With Fourth OUI Charge After Cohasset Crash: Police A Scituate woman has been charged with her fourth OUI after crashing into another car this past weekend, authorities said. Linda Burlingame, age 62, was charged after she was arrested for the crash that happened near Border Street Bridge in Cohasset around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 23, Police Chief William Quigley reports.  Responding officers found an empty Audi SUV with rear-end damage and Burlingame trying to drive away in her Honda sedan, which had heavy front-end damage.
