Boston Court Officer Threw Man Down Stairs, Broke His Legs Over Couch Dispute: DA A 53-year-old Boston man who savagely beat another man to the point of needing surgery is a court officer at the Charlestown Division of Boston Municipal Court, authorities said.  Anthony Firicano got into an argument with a man at his North End apartment building after the man's friend was making noise while moving a couch, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said.  Firicano threatened to shoot and kill the man and his friend for causing a disturbance before he punched the man in the face and threw him down a set of stairs, the office said. The man broke several bones in both of…
