Equipment Fell On Boy, 2, Killing Him In Cohasset, Initial Investigation Suggests The tragic death of a 2-year-old boy in Norfolk County has led to an investigation by the District Attorney's office as well as emotional turmoil for the people involved, officials and reports say. A 2-year-old died at a Cohasset auto body shop on Thursday, Aug. 31, according to David Traub, the communications director for the Norfolk District Attorney's Office. Mom Charged: 2-Year-Old Boy Dies After Fall From Third-Floor Window In CT This story has been updated. A 2-year-old boy who died after falling from a third-floor window is one of five children who were allegedly living in "deplorable and uninhabitable" conditions at a Connecticut residence. The incident took place around 3:30 p.m., Saturday, July 22 at 1091 Capitol Ave., in Hartford. According to Lt.
