Dog Killed In Cohasset Hit-And-Run; Police Searching For Suspected Vehicle

Cohasset Police are asking for the public's help in finding a car involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a dog.

Police responded to the incident at the intersection of Pond Street and Clay Spring Road around 7:55 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, the department said on Twitter. The dog suffered died at the scene.

The department has since released surveillance footage of the suspected vehicle, believed to be a 2011 to 2022 White Jeep Grand Cherokee with chrome trim. Police said the car should have damage to its right front end.
