Laurie A. Kisselbrock won $1,000 a month for the next 10 years on the "Decade of Dollars" instant ticket game. She chose to take the $12,000 before taxes annuity rather than the monthly check, lottery officials said.
Kisselbrock bought the ticket at Dalton Food Mart, 650 Main Street in Dalton. The store will also pick up a $1,200 bonus from the lottery for selling the winning ticket.
