Man Killed In Hit-Run Crash In Berkshire County ID'd, Driver Busted: DA Police identified a 72-year-old Berkshire County as the victim in a hit-and-run crash last week. The woman accused of hitting him faced a judge for the first time on Tuesday, Oct. 1.  Samantha C. Paige, 36, or West Stockbridge, is charged with leaving the scene of a crash resulting in death, the Berkshire County District Attorney said. Woman Sentenced For Operating Vehicle Under Influence In Fatal Crash In Region A woman has been sentenced to four years in jail for killing a man from Western Massachusetts while driving drunk.
