Woburn Officer On Paid Leave For Allegedly Planning 'Unite The Right' Rally The Woburn Police Department placed an officer on paid administrative leave this week after leaders learned he allegedly helped plan and participated in 2017's "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, Va.
