Duo Nabbed For Attempted Armed Robbery At TD Bank In Western Mass Two Western Mass men have been arrested for allegedly robbing a TD bank in the region. The robbery took place in Springfield around 9:15 a.m., Saturday, April 9 at the bank located on the 500 block of Sumner Avenue.   A teller told officers one of the suspects handed over a note demanding money and implying that he had a gun, said Ryan Walsh, spokesman for the Springfield Police.
