Suspect Caught After Fleeing Scene Of Stolen Car Crash In Western Mass, Police Say A suspect was arrested in Western Massachusetts following a pursuit in a stolen vehicle.  Shortly after 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 28, police in Hampshire County received an alert that Holyoke Police in Hampden County and Massachusetts State Police were involved in a pursuit with a stolen vehicle driven by a suspect accused of breaking and entering, according to the Hadley Police Department. Suspect From Hampden County Nabbed After Stabbing At Walmart In Western Mass A Western Massachusetts was arrested after allegedly stabbing a Walmart employee. The incident took place in Hampshire County around 5 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 17 in Northampton. Woman Rescued After Falling Down Deep Embankment In Region Police and firefighters rescued a Western Massachusetts woman after she fell down a steep embankment and into a shallow stream. The incident took place in Hampshire County around 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 13, when Northampton Police and Northampton Fire Rescue responded behind the Millbank Condominiums for a 53-year-old woman that had fallen down a steep embankment and into a shallow stream, the fire department said. Victim Not Cooperating After Stabbing In Western Mass, Police Say A man who was found walking down a Massachusetts street bleeding is not cooperating with police after they discovered he was stabbed. The man was found by Northampton Police around 1 p.m., Friday, April 30 he officers responded to the area of 386 Pleasant St., for a report of a male walking down the street bleeding, said the Northampton Police.
