Jeremy Stanton Is Charged With Murder
A 38-year-old Berkshire County man has been arrested and charged with the fatal shooting of Ryan Babcock on Tuesday, June 11, in Pittsfield, authorities said. Jeremy Stanton, of Pittsfield, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with murder, the Berkshire County District Attorney's Office said. Stanton pleaded not guilty, and a judge ordered him held without bail.
