Justin Timberlake Admits Driving While Impaired In NY
Justin Timberlake formally accepted a plea deal in his alleged drunk driving case in New York. The former NSYNC frontman, age 43, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of driving while ability impaired in Sag Harbor Village court on Friday, Sept. 13. He was ordered to pay a $500 fine and complete 25 hours of community service within a year. He also agreed to make a public safety announcement about the dangers of drinking and driving. Brian Warner Already Facing 51 Charges Of Child Sexual Abuse
Federal authorities charged a 38-year-old Berkshire County man already facing more than four dozen charges of child sexual abuse with two more on Wednesday, May 29. Brain Warner, of Cheshire, was arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of a child and attempted sexual exploitation of a child on Wednesday, May 29, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said. Child Rape Conviction: Springfield Man Sentenced To 13-15 Years In Prison
A Springfield man who was accused of sexually abusing a Holyoke child for two years will spend the next 13 to 15 years behind bars, officials announced on Monday, June 12. Hector Heredia-Alamo was convicted in May of rape of a child and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, the Hampden County District Attorney's Office said. Frederick Pinney, the Springfield man whose case has been tied up in legal limbo for nearly a decade, found out his fate on Friday, March 10: nine to 10 years behind bars. A jury convicted Pinney of manslaughter on Monday.
