Standoff In Dudley: Man Led Police On Chase, Fired Gun Into Air, Officers Say
A man in Dudley led police on a chase before firing a gun into the air when cornered by officers on Thursday, Feb. 9.
Dudley police were called to Chase Avenue just before noon after someone called police to say the man, whose name was not released, had left the area with a "training gun," officials said. Officers spotted him near Village Street and tried to pull him over, but he sped away.

Police arrested two men in connection with a shooting in Milford last week, authorities said.
Joseph Brigham, 25, of Hopedale, and Derek Brigham, 33, of Blackstone, face a host of charges following a Sunday, June 15 shooting, Hopedale police said.

A 41-year-old man was busted driving on the Massachusetts Turnpike with a blood alcohol content nearly five times the legal limit, State Police said.
State troopers in Middlesex County were called at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 25 to assist with a motor vehicle stop after an erratic driver of a Chevy Cruze was stopped on Route 90 in Framingham.

Two Massachusetts men were arrested for allegedly attacking people with a paintball gun at random while driving through the area.
Sean Pinkham, age 21, of Douglas, and John Slater, age 18, of Worcester, were arrested around 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14, after Worcester police began receiving reports of the assaults.
