'Here We Go Again': Teen Hits Officer, 2 Cruisers With Stolen Car In Springfield, Police Say A 19-year-old man authorities say drove into two occupied patrol cruisers and over an officer's foot in a stolen car likely looked familiar to the Springfield police arresting him.
