Police are now asking for the public's help to find the person who left her there.  Bagel was dropped off near a Tractor Supply Company in Belchertown on July 2. The 2-year-old was covered in excrement, had mange, a double ear inflection, cheery eyes, and infections in her paws. She had also had puppies at some point. But despite the abuse, Conrad's story may still have a happy ending.  Yarras P. Fletcher and Aliah K. Rivera, both of Greenfield, were charged with two counts each of felony animal cruelty on Friday, Aug. 18, according to the MSPCA’s Law Enforcement Division. Mspca Putting In The Hard Work For 4,000 Beagles Rescued From Virginia Research Lab Authorities rescued 4,000 beagles from a Virginia breeding facility, Envigo, last week over reports of horrible living conditions.  The pups lived in cramped spaces with unsanitary conditions and many were mistreated and abused, reports said.  But thanks to the hard work of legislators and animal activists, these dogs have a new 'leash' on life. Now the hard work of finding them new healthy homes begins.  While this won't be an easy task, the MSPCA-Angell and Northeast Animal Shelter are stepping up to do their part.  4,000 beagles were rescued from Envigo, an inhumane breeding facili…
