CT School Resource Officer Found Dead By Suicide After Arrest, Police Say Ryan Moan, a 33-year-old Connecticut school resource officer, was found dead by suicide around the time news broke that he'd been arrested on Friday, Dec. 6, Daily Voice has learned.
