Authorities have identified a 20-year-old man as the shooter at a Worcester County house party in May that left a teenage boy dead. Police are asking the public to help track the man down. Authorities have identified the 15-year-old girl who was found shot multiple times inside an apartment in Lowell. Ahliana Dickey was shot and killed on Friday, June 14, by a family member, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said.
