Alec Baldwin's 'Rust' Film Sets Premiere Date 3 Years After Fatal On-Set Shooting
Three years after a cinematographer was shot and killed during the making of Alec Baldwin’s next movie, the film has finally set a release date. “Rust,” a Western drama that Baldwin wrote, directed, and stars in, will premiere at the Camerimage International Film Festival in Poland on Saturday, Nov. 16, according to its IMDB page. Western Mass Man Who Admitted To Child Porn Videos Gets 5 Years In Prison
A 63-year-old Berkshire County man who admitted to watching child sexual abuse material will spend more than five years in prison, authorities said. Robert Kend, of Lanesborough, pleaded guilty to receipt of child sexual abuse material in May, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said. A judge sentenced him last week to 68 months in prison. Police searched Kend's home on Sept. 12, 2023, and found an iPhone and Macbook computer that had videos of children between the ages of 8 and 15, authorities said. Gary Zerola, a well-known Boston defense attorney who served as a former prosecutor in Suffolk and Essex counties, was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison after being found guilty of 2021 rape, authorities said. Zerola, 52, of Salem, was found guilty last month after prosecutors said he broke into a 21-year-old woman's home in the middle of the night and sexually assaulted her. A 49-year-old Worcester County former retail manager must repay the money he stole and pay nearly $90,000 in back taxes after he admitted to a payroll scheme at his former company, authorities said. Anthony Prizio, of Blackstone, was sentenced to three years in prison on Monday, June 24, after he pleaded guilty in February to six counts of wire fraud and one count of tax evasion, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said. A 64-year-old Needham man has admitted to causing the head-on collision in Franklin County last year that killed a 57-year-old woman, authorities announced on Monday, June 24. Benoit Marande, 64, pleaded guilty to motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation in the June 30, 2023, crash and was sentenced to nine months in prison along with a 15-year revocation of his license, the Northwestern District Attorney's Office said.
