Newly Minted Millionaire From New Bedford Takes Bite Out Of Lottery
A New Bedford man became the fifth person to win $1 million in the "Jaws" scratch-off game from the Massachusetts State Lottery. Bacilio Gomez collected his seven-figure payday on Tuesday, Oct. 1. The "Jaws" themed game launched in March to capitalize on the famed blockbuster's links to Martha's Vineyard, where much of the movie was filmed.
