Newly Minted Millionaire: Woburn Man Vacation Bound With Newfound Cash As snow begins to reach Massachusetts, one Woburn man dreams of white sandy beaches thanks to his $1 million lottery win.  William Juarez of Woburn won the seven-figure ticket playing the “$4,000,000 Money Bags," a $10 scratch-off ticket.  Juarez chose the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity. He said he plans to use the money to take a vacation to Florida.  Juarez bought the ticket at ABC Mini Market at 41 Granite St. in Worcester. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
