At 2 a.m., firefighters responded to Higgins Avenue in Clementon for a house fire and saw the home ablaze, Lindenwold Fire Department said. The fire extended to the 2nd floor and roof area, firefighters said. A 2nd alarm was tolled and additional units arrived on scene to bring the fire under control at 3:30 a.m., firefighters said. No injuries were reported, firefighters said.
