It's going to be a Summer of Fun for one Bay Stater after they won $1 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery. The winner picked up the major win by playing the "Lifetime Millions" game, a $50 scratch-off. The Summer of Fun 2024 Trust of Chelmsford collected the check on Wednesday, July 24.
