$1M Lottery Jackpot: Gloucester Man Eyeing New Home With Payday A Gloucester man who won $1 million says he knows how he plans to spend some of the money.  Roger Duchane won the seven-figure sum playing the “$4,000,000 Monopoly Doubler," a $10 scratch-off ticket.  Duchane chose to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity.  He said he plans to use that money to buy a new house.  Duchane bought the ticket at 7-Eleven at 50 Gloucester Ave. in Gloucester. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
