First $1 Million Prize In Keno Lottery Game History Claimed By Western Mass Group
The Keno Lottery has been around for 30 years and just made history by doling out its first $1 million prize. The prize was won on Wednesday, March 22 and the Penny Lane Nominee Trust of Lenox claimed its cash on Friday, April 14, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery. A lottery ticket sold in a deli using less-than-inventive numbers scored the top prize for the first time in a game's 30-year history.
