Woman ID'd As Victim Hit, Killed In Weymouth Crash Police identified a 78-year-old woman as the victim in a pedestrian versus car crash in Weymouth earlier this week.  Harjit Thakral, of Weymouth, was hit by an SUV as she walked in the 300 block of Washington Street on Wednesday, Nov. 20, the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office said.  Paramedics took Thakral to South Shore Hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead at 1:40 p.m.  The SUV's driver remained at the scene and worked with investigators, the prosecutor's office said. No charges have been filed.  The crash remains under investigation.

2 Vehicles Crash Through Front Of Weymouth Store At The Same Time: Report A Weymouth store got a violently fast remodel this week after a truck and car crashed through the front of the building at the same time. The crash happened Thursday afternoon, Aug. 18, when a truck careened off the road and into a parked car in front of Lynn's Variety store on Washington Street, WCVB reported.
